The 9th School Youth Sports Olympiad of Vojvodina (SO\u0160OV) is an event that has been held since 1970! As part of the event, this year, young people from Vojvodina had the opportunity to socialize and make friends from 19th to 22nd of May in Zrenjanin. Within one of the most popular school sports manifestation, competitions are held in: athletics, swimming, gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, football, handball, table tennis, archery, judo, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, basketball and chess. In each of the disciplines, each Vojvodina district had one representative, while the home district was allowed to have two representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first place in the chess category, with all seven victories, went to the JU\u017dNOBA\u010cKI DISTRICT. Chess teams are composed so that the most successful chess players of the district play the appropriate grade: on the first board a male representative from the first or second grade, on the second board a representative of the third or fourth, on the third - fifth or sixth, on the fourth - seventh or eighth, on the fifth female a representative from the first or second grade, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
