CHESS ASSOCIATION OF NOVI SAD organizes every month the individual open championship of Novi Sad in rapid chess for the current month. Time control is 10 minutes per player + 5 seconds per played move, seven rounds according to the Swiss system. The tournaments are rated by FIDE and are played according to FIDE rules. The championship for the month of October was held on Friday, 4th of Novemeber, 2022. starting at 19:00 in the premises of NŠK at Street Nikole Pašića street number 26 in Novi Sad. All interested players had the right to perform
The right to play had all interested players.
The first place with 6.5/7 took Miloš Torbica, the second place with 6/7 was FM Željko Medar, and the third place with 4.5/7 won Stefan Ristić.
