Шаховски савез Новог Сада у сарадњи са Новосадским шаховским клубом одржао је полуфинални турнир 91. појединачног првенства Новог Сада. Турнир се играо у просторијама НШК-а у улици Николе Пашића 26, од 17. октобра до 27. октобра 2023. године.
All interested players with a FIDE rating of less than 2000, as well as players without a rating, had the right to participate in the tournament. All applicants must be registered players of clubs of the Chess Federation of Novi Sad or who are in some way connected to Novi Sad (live, work, or study in Novi Sad ).
The following have the direct right to participate in the final of the 91st championship:
- The four first-place finishers from the 90th championship (Pavkov Nebojša, Nikola Leskovac, Velimir Petrušić and Darko Parežanin)
- Former champions of the city
- Players with a master title or higher
- Players with FIDE rating 2000 and higher (list valid from 1st of October, 2023)
- The ten first-place finishers from the semi-final tournament
The first place with a great result of 9 wins from 9 games achived Andrey GayvoronskiyThe second place won Ilshat Valitov with 6/9 and better additional criteria from Leonid Ivanovic who won same number of points
