The Chess Association of Novi Sad organizes every month the individual open championship of Novi Sad in rapid chess for the current month.The time control for the game is 10 minutes per player + 5 seconds per move played, seven rounds according to the Swiss system. The tournaments are RATED by FIDE. All interested chess players and chess fans are welcome. If the participant does not have a FIDE rating, by participating in one tournament he will be assigned a FIDE number and has the possibility, if he meets the necessary criteria, to receive a rating at the same tournament.
Првенство за фебруар се одржало у петак, 21. 2. 2025. године са почетком у 19:00 на адреси Светозара Милетића 28 у Новом Саду.
На турниру је учествовало 53 учесника, међу којима је било 8 играча са ФИДЕ титулама и 6 играча којима је ово био први рејтингован турнир! Прво место са 6/7 и нешто бољим додатним критеријумима заузео је Тимофеи Переверзев, а друго место, такође са 6/7 освојио је ИМ Арман Хакеми. Треће место са 5.5/7 и најбољим додатним критеријумима у групи играча, освојио је млади Новосађанин, ФМ Андреј Љепић.
Право наступа имали су сви заинтересовани играчи. Просторије су ограниченог капацитета, стога предност су имали играчи који су се раније пријавили.
In addition to regular monthly rapid chess tournaments, the Chess Association of Novi Sad organizes weekly blitz chess tournaments held on Saturdays from 20:00. We invite you to join us and enjoy the evening competitions that promise an exciting and pleasant atmosphere!
