The Novi Sad league lasted from 12th of May to 22nd of September, 2023 in two stages. It was played in 9 rounds, according to the Swiss matching system, and 147 players participated in 15 clubs, namely:

The first place was won by the team "Šajkaš" Šajkaš with 8 wins and one draw. The following players performed for the team: Živorad Ristić, Petar Miličević, Miloš Tica, Dejan Somborac, Dejan Jakšić, Miloš Obrenov, Vukašin Orlić, Đorđe Plavšić and Aleksa Krasko. The second place went to the team "Dobrovoljac" from Stepanovićevo with 7 wins and 2 lost matches, while the third place was won by the team "Borac" from Novi Sad with 3 wins, 4 draws and one lost match.
The league was played within the regular system of ŠSV competition, and the technical organization was carried out by ŠSNS, through coordinator Sinisa Remecki and chief arbiter Svetlana Stojadinov.
Time control: 90 minutes and 30 seconds for each move played starting from the first to the end of the game.
The team consisted of six competitors, and the lineups and order on the boards were freely chosen by the captain. All players must be registered with ŠSV.
