Tomorrow we will have one base that will remain engaged in chess, a game of nobility and chivalry. I think we should talk more about chess and put real values on the air. For this spectacle, we have created a great team, a combination of youth and experience. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the company Srbijavoz a.d. and TV Arena sport who supported this event" said Andrija Jorgić, president of ŠSB before the start of the match.
"The impressions are very positive and I am glad that such an event took place. I believe that he greatly contributes to the popularization of chess in Serbia. I think that the whole event can only leave a positive impression on everyone who follows it through the media. Chess has recently become more and more popular in Serbia, and even the results are good, because our men's national team is currently leading the European Championship, and the women's team is also fighting for a medal. Popularity also brings results", said the president of ŠSNS Svetlana Stojadinov.
